By sourcing Scottish raspberries we can create the best raspberry liqueurs. From Fife we use and marry that with grenadine and a fruit juice auld alliance which puts the traditional French martini to shame.

To create this Twa Tams inspired classic we had to go to paradise – Costa Rica for their finest pineapple juice and marry it with the best Scottish Heather Honey to make a fine amber blessing combined Vodka. Our man Harro met the Chagga and helped them develop their coffee bean business into Kilimanjaro Coffee. The community now make the finest fair trade coffee in Tanzania cloth bags in traditional fashion suitable for our Fair city. Our recipe is an espresso, our specially made honey syrup, coffee liqueur and vodka.  You can have a double vodka and espresso for an additional £5 and then you should make it through Friday too.
